What a good weekend! Weather wise we couldn't have asked for any better. Soccer wise, we were able to make some adjustments and get the kinks out. I have been talking to the boys about making good decisions. This usually involves making the easy play..not the fancy complicated move or pass. This also includes deciding when to be selfish and when not be. Our passing improved each game and it was great to end on two wins. Now moving on to our first season game and practice this week.
You have all been very supportive and dedicated to the team so far and as I coach I want to thank all of you for that. In speaking with many of you over the weekend, adding an additional practice throughout the week was something that all of you seemed agreeable to. And realizing that the boys will only benefit with more touches on the ball. I am going to add a third night of practice to Fridays of most weeks. This week will need to be different in that we will add an extra practice on Weds night at 6:30.

On one final note. I am sure many of you have noticed or know that Jacob will not be returning this Spring. I have waited to tell the boys in a group and tonight will be the first night they should all be together. I know some of the boys know but some don't yet. We will miss Jacob and they have said they will be out to watch the Raiders.
